Jonathan is an NASM certified personal trainer and NPC amateur bodybuilder in the classic physique division. His passion for fitness is evident to all who train with him. With over 10 years experience as a fitness professional, Jonathan has mastered the techniques necessary to help his clients flourish. His clients are of all ages and fitness levels. If you’re determined, Jonathan will guide you to maintaining a healthy way of life. His approach is simple- “Make you sweat, and make you smile.” Fitness is essential, but should also be enjoyable.
First we complete your complimentary assessment. Based on the results of the assessment, we will determine a training program that best suits your needs and expectations. The program will include one or more of the following:
